In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "772pub," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 772pub platform accessible at https://772pub.app and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the 772pub website, mobile-optimized interface, and all gaming services, features, and content made available through it.

772pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 772pub may result in Account suspension or closure.

To access real-money gaming services on 772pub, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One Account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the 772pub Platform. Duplicate Accounts — regardless of the email address, phone number, or payment method used — are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account updates: You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update your Account promptly.
• Non-transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

772pub reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, whether for gaming, withdrawals, or any other purpose.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 772pub Account and must not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of Account security.
• You must notify 772pub's customer support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.

772pub will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — will be treated as your activity and will be subject to these Terms & Conditions.

All financial transactions on the 772pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. 772pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• 772pub does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 772pub bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.
• 772pub reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

772pub may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 772pub reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• No abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your Account without notice.

• Random Number Generators (RNG): All non-live games on 772pub use certified RNG technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous results or player behavior.

• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during a game round, 772pub reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to your Wallet. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game will not be honored.
• Disputed results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact 772pub customer support within 72 hours of the disputed round. 772pub's decision on disputed game results is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 772pub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Wallet balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 772pub staff, other players, or live dealers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

772pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Wallet.
• Session timers: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be notified when your session limit is reached.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Use the 772pub name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of 772pub's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by 772pub.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 772pub's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

772pub shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond 772pub's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 772pub's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

772pub collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, 772pub is subject to the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
